Low-maintenance food forest

A couple on the outskirts of Brussels already has everything they want: a beautiful house, a swimming pool, a beautiful location, a large garden. They have an empty adjacent field where the soil quality is suboptimal.

The first thing we did was have a complex seed mixture sown, specially formulated to restore, aerate, and structure the soil, as well as to nourish the soil life, because they are the real workers.

Next, we created a design that combines beauty with enormous productivity. Aside from pruning and mowing, the biggest job is learning to handle such an abundance of the healthiest and most delicious fruits imaginable.

Mainly large trees have been planned in the field, while closer to the house we have planted smaller and more special edible plants. Not for bulk, but for the surprise.
